Our simulators are designed in Europe for compatibility with European power supplies. Electrical requirements vary significantly:
- BalancePlay Pro operates using a standard electrical outlet.
- BotBoxer —we include a complimentary 5-kilowatt plug-and-play power adapter.
- Racer and Racer Pro require three-phase power, but can be made for single-phase for an additional fee.
- President, President Lux, and Olymp require three-phase power.
For simulators requiring three-phase power, a complimentary 208V to 380Y220V transformer is included (for US and Canadian customers). The transformer will be shipped to your address prior to our installation team's arrival, allowing your electrician to complete the necessary wiring in advance.
Most commercial spaces and some homes have 208V three-phase power. If your home has 220-240V single-phase:
- Racer and Racer Pro can be made for single-phase electricity for an additional fee.
- President, President Lux, and Olymp require three-phase power. We recommend a phase converter.
It is your responsibility to hire a licensed electrician to wire the transformer, phase converter (if applicable), and outlet or junction box before our installation team arrives.
Carefully review the wiring and power supply requirements for your selected simulator model. If you have any questions, our team is here to assist you every step of the way.
